What you need to know when using your account, sharing projects and exploring other people's work.
emiraydin.me, is a website sharing game development work, projects and developer content by Emir Aydın. This page explains the rules for visiting the site, using accounts, sharing projects and interacting on the site.
You can explore published content without an account. Actions such as creating, editing and liking projects require sign-in and the appropriate permissions.
Visiting the site does not mean you automatically accept every term or waive your legal rights. This text is not a declaration of explicit consent for processing your personal data.
You are expected to take reasonable account security precautions. This does not remove the site operator's own security and personal data protection obligations.
Registration, sign-in, verification and recovery may be subject to temporary waiting periods or request limits. Do not use other accounts or methods to bypass these limits.
Only add text, images, code and links you are authorised to share. If a project uses third-party assets, check permissions and licences and retain required attributions. Sharing a project does not mean you are the sole rights holder for everything it contains.
Drafts are hidden from visitors; published projects are publicly visible. Hiding your profile does not unpublish your projects. Project and profile image URLs may be public.
Your own projects My projects to edit, move to drafts or delete them. Making a project a draft is not deletion. Deleting a project record also does not mean all images, caches and other copies are removed at the same time. For data and file requests, see the privacy request channel to continue.
Project content should not be the only backup of your source files. Keep your own copies of the text and images you share.
Introducing your own project with relevant information is not in itself spam. The context, frequency and impact on other users are considered together.
If you discover a security vulnerability, report it by email without accessing other people's data or disrupting the service. Do not send passwords, access keys or real user data.
Rights to content remain with its authors and other rights holders. The site's use of shared content is limited to hosting text and images, making technical copies for display, resizing images and displaying content according to the publication status you select.
These terms do not transfer ownership of your content or grant unlimited use outside this site. Viewing a project or accessing a file link does not grant permission to republish, sell or use that content in your own project. Content-specific licences and statutory exceptions remain applicable.
The site's software repository includes an MIT licence. Rights to use, copy, modify and distribute the software covered by that licence are subject to its terms; licence and copyright notices must be retained.
Do not assume that the same permission applies to logos, game images, third-party assets or user content. Check the rights and licence for each item. Where a separate open-source licence or permission exists, this page does not automatically restrict it.
Content may be reviewed and access restricted where there is a rights violation, security issue, clear abuse or a lawful authority's decision. Assessment takes into account the report's grounds, the nature of the violation and the proportionality of the response.
To request an explanation or review of removed content or another action, use the the contact channel below to contact us. This channel does not replace your statutory application and objection rights.

They are not kept indefinitely as drafts or in an archive. Deletion cannot be undone; back up your text and files first. Your content on external services is not deleted by this process. If a technical error occurs during deletion, progress is saved; sign in again and return to the deletion screen to complete cleanup. For lost account access, provider records and other personal data requests, use the the privacy request channel to continue.
Maintenance, connectivity, service providers or other technical issues may cause interruptions, delays or data loss. Uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of every item of content, or identical results from shared examples in every project cannot be guaranteed. Evaluate and test learning and development examples in your own environment.
Users should ensure their own posts are accurate and lawful. This does not remove the site operator's statutory obligations, liability for their own actions or liability arising from gross negligence.
External links to YouTube, GitHub, Discord, Steam and similar services take you to other providers. Their own terms and privacy rules apply. A link does not guarantee that external content is safe or up to date.
